The way to my stomach is paved with all the things. No, literally, I love everything: chicken, leaves, bacon, worms, carrots, paper towels, hair ties, peanut butter, and the list goes on. Not everyone has that “everything but the kitchen sink” mentality (mmmm, sink), so for a more discerning palate sweets are a safe bet. Whether the recipe is post-meal, post-breakup, pre-sleep, pre-game, post-weekend, and everything in between, just add sugar.
The Cookie Faves Tin is a sucrose sundry of the most popular cookies from NYC-based empire of indulgence, Milk Bar. The pastry high-priestess herself, Christina Tosi, founded Milk Bar in 2008 and uses her blend of classical training and an All-American sweet tooth to create gussied up grocery store faves. She offers pies without pretense, cakes sans the charade, and cookies with charm. Mom sent the Birthday Cake to a pastry-obsessed co-worker one year and it transported him back to confetti cake childhood memories. This past holiday season, Mom gifted the Cookie Faves Tin to everyone including office teams, friends’ children, and clients all over the country. Sprinkling cheer over everyone, this tin offers flavors like Cornflake Chocolate Chip Marshmallow, Confetti, and their trademark Compost Cookies.
The cookies come individually wrapped (a necessity in our Covid culture) and packed into a festively vibrant pink tin. You can opt for the six-count or indulge someone in the full dozen. To treat the tot within, pop open a tin.
