Birthdays are seriously fun business in our household. Though assigning only one day a year to celebrate our debut into this world hardly seems adequate, we make it count. My birthday (October 12 – mark your calendars thank you) is obviously the most momentous of occasions. This holiday is marked by a birthday bandana, birthday hat and a stroll around the neighborhood to attract well-wishers.
Gifts (unwrapped because wrapping paper scares me) are introduced and promptly chewed, treats are dispensed at a higher rate than normal, and plenty of hugs are given. Mom’s best friend won the Auntie game when she sent me the most decadently treat-tastic surprise: Wufers Birthday Box. This ultimate pawty package overflowed with eight cookies, four icing cups, and a packet of mini bone cookies. Decorated in pinks and purples – I spun with girly glee – these treats are handmade and designed with human-grade food that includes drool-inducing ingredients like peanut butter, honey, and apples.
Even though I wanted to try, there was no way I could finish this box in a day. Luckily Wufers packages their canine confections to last for up to 15 months. Wufers understands that dogs are family and deserve to be celebrated well and often. They offer a bounty of themed birthday boxes as well as treat treasure chests for Gotcha Days and holidays like Valentine’s Day and Christmas. If my cousins make it on Santa’s nice list (debatable), they can look forward to the Advent Calendar. With unconditional love and unwavering loyalty, dogs give more to their families than can sometimes be appropriately returned. Say “thank you” in dog with a Wufers Cookie Box.
